Penne Rigate with Spinach Garlic Cream Sauce

Inspired by Alicia's post I spied during a mini-break this afternoon, I made the trip to the store (well 2 stores) with the sole purpose of making this for dinner tonight.

I was going to put off grocery shopping another day to give myself some more time meal planning, but figured since I was out by the store I should bit the bullet and do it now. As opposed to wasting gas to drive out there in a day or two.

My spinach penne is slightly varied, no lemon juice (to lazy to grab it out of the fridge at the end) and no food processing the sauce (no food processor large enough to fit it all, and too lasy to do in batches). But I'm sure it was just as tasty. It's the cream that does it.

Tomorrow's dinner, much less impressive. I'll have to find something else to blog about.

I made the same dish for dinner yesterday (and lunch today!). I halved it. Boy...it was gooood :o) You're right, it was the cream!
