Nibbler's Leap

Nibbler's Leap

Nibbler's favorite method of getting on or off our deck is a galloping leap.

Today she decided she must take a tree branch with her.

As she struggled to find the best way to hold the branch, which is nearly as long as she is, I couldn't help but take some pictures and then I was pleasantly surprised to see I caught her mid leap, riding side-saddle (for lack of a better term) with the branch.

These are the memories, folks. The joys of having a dog instead of a kid. If we ever have a kid one day, I'm sure it'll experience "second child syndrome" - where there will be not photographic evidence that the child exist until an odd birthday party. Luckily Nibbler won't be able to pull the whole "well, it's because you're adopted" older sibling line.
