It really is satisfying to finish things. You'd think that feeling would be enough to motivate me to get more done.
Well, it doesn't.
Christmas being a month and a half away does. Especially when you add grand plans that I have cooked up.
I started off being on top of things. I started Christmas presents in February. But then I got Second Sock Syndrome and it has taken me until yesterday to get this far.

And if I'm being completely honest with you, these really aren't done. I need to weave in ALL those ends (and add a loop). I enjoy knitting stripes a lot. Keeps me from getting bored. But those ends, gosh, they might drive me insane.
I'm pretty sure I won't be able to accomplish all I want to before the big day. Especially since my idea for a work promotion has morphed into hand painting ornaments to make the idea come to life, I'm glad we get to use my idea though, so I'm not complaining.
What I really need to find is my "Crafty To Do" board. The studio is still mounds of boxes, but that will have to wait until after my holiday rush.
The scary thing is I keep thinking up more ideas by the day.
It really is too bad I need to do things like sleep, eat, work and or course, blog (someone gets on my case when I go more than a couple days without posting, that Encyclopedia of Me really spoiled him).
I'm going to hop over to Ravelry and really post these goodies, but then it's off to work on the next project while watching The Simpsons and Desperate Housewives.

Love those wild and crazy socks. Especially the orange ones!
Hey Sarah - just found you through your comment on my blog - You should show off your graphic design work. I'd love to see what you do!
