Finally finishing up the present for my college roommate, Mariah and her first baby. I was pretty convinced baby was going to stay put until I finish, but lucky for Mariah, little Emelyn decided not to wait for me to get my butt in gear and made her grand entrance early this morning.
Now I just need to finish up the seaming and it'll be ready to present when we visit soon!
Oh, and I just have to throw it out there. I was privy to the baby name list as Mariah and her husband struggled to narrow down their choices and agree. I'm proud to say the Emelyn was my first choice (out of two) if the little turned out to be a girl. That means I can tell people I named her, right? ;)
Congrats Mariah (though I know you don't read the blog)! You'll be a great mommy.
