Almost back to my lowest point so far. That's a relief. It's so much easier to continue when I see the weight lost is 10 pounds rather than 7 or 8 or even 9. Now I need to get as serious about this as I was when I started. More activity and tracking what I consume is really essential, I just can't seem to get back into it.
In other news, I went to the doctor last week and then came home and weighed in on my wii fit...and the wii fit is accurate! How awesome is that. NO more wondering how off my weight really is from what I see on screen each Monday.
