An weekend visit with the in-laws was abruptly canceled when we realized just how bad the road conditions would get today. Thankfully we played it safe, it started freezing rain several hours earlier than predicted and our driveway is thick with ice.
Instead of a turkey dinner, while Mike has spent the day playing video games, I've been busy busy busy. Painting hot dog ornaments for work. Cute, huh?
They still need some sparkly condiments, but that can wait until tomorrow. I plan to hunker down for the night, watch Clockwork Orange & last week's Desperate Housewives, and maybe get some knitting done.
