Pork Tenderloin with garlic orange vineagarette and sauteed spinach

Friday afternoon spent not sitting in front of my work computer. Sun roof open while running errands. Sunny. Mid 60s. Not a drip of the forecasted rain. Getting home before 5. Thinking how wonderful it is not to be being pounded with 8+ inches of snow like my parents are. The house sparkling due to a wonderful husband. A decadent dinner enjoyed outdoors. Topped with a bike ride downtown for ice cream dessert.

The weekend seems to be off to a good start.

The family is coming down tomorrow night for Easter dinner with Mike's family. I plan to attempt making bagels and bacon cups. As well as tackle the mess that is our guest room/my studio. Perhaps make a wand for a little guy who enjoys casting a 'magic patronum' spell and an extra little gift for a friend who is very much a bohemian.
