Where We Find Comfort: #2

Current Bounty - May 19, 2008

Books have always been a source of comfort to me. I love immersing myself in the author's world. It's nice to escape from reality, curled in a favorite comfy spot, becoming part of a story. Learning things you never knew. Dreaming of things that could possibly be.

I've been recording the books I've read each year since 1999. And since I'd enjoy seeing what other's have read, I'm going to share the books I've read so far this year (Perhaps later I'll share the entire 9 year record).

2008
-Alexander & The Wonderful, Marvelous, Excellent, Terrific Ninety Day; Judith Viorst (NF)
-The Amateur Gourmet; Adam D Roberts (NF)
-Harry Potter & The Half Blood Prince; JK Rowling (F)
-Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows; JK Rowling (F)
-Playing for Pizza; John Grisham (F)
-Plenty; Alisa Smith & JB Mackinnon (NF)

I write down all the books I read, too :o) I use goodreads.com to track the books I've read/want to read/and am reading. It's pretty nifty!!
