Simple Saturday: part two - Farmer's Market Lunch

I think my favorite type of sandwich is a Veggie Sandwich. Fresh bread, a little mayo and a whole buncha vegetables.

What makes that sandwich even better?

When everything (ok, not the mayo) comes straight the Farmer's Market just a couple hours earlier.

I look forward to enjoying another one tomorrow when we get back from our bike ride.
