Some New Reads.

Smile, Nibbler!
Nibbler says "Hi!" I mean, look at that smile.

In recent days, I've come across some new daily reads that I've been so happy to stumble upon. Not that they are anything new, many of you have probably known about them for a long time. But it always makes me happy when I just happen to click on a link, whether in a newsletter or on another blog I frequent, and it's something that peaks my interest.

I thought I'd share in case you're looking for something new.

(In alphabetical order)
Joy the Baker - Mmmm, foooood. She caught me on this post, about Surfas Restaurant Supply. I must go there, now. If only I were anywhere with a 6 hour drive. I'm now on the search for a restaurant supply store around here. I mean, Alton Brown makes it seem like these things are on every corner. I also look forward to starting my own little yeast colony, the joys of being able to make my own sourdough bread.

MMMCraft - I like to check out other graphic design crafters (check out the competition - ha!), so when I saw this Monkey pop up on the Craftzine Blog and went to her site I was stuck there for quite awhile. Just taking a stroll through her archives, seeing how her design works into her craftiness. And I mean, look how cute this is!

My Messy, Thrilling Life - I'm intrigued by her "story." I haven't delved too deep into her archives, but she gives off this very romantic view on her life. A big city gal who moved to the middle of nowhere into a 100+ year old house. She does a bit of everything, from knitting and sewing to cooking, plus you get a peak into that old house and its restoration. I don't know about you, but I always dreamed of living in a super old house. Discovering the treasures that were forgotten, so I'm kinda living through her.

The Small Object's Stenopad - This is not a new find. Just a new addition to my bloglines. After periodically checking back with her, I decided to finally have it added to my feed. Especially since there has been a rash of custom stamps for list making! I know, List Making! That's one of my favorite hobbies.

Swiss Miss - A designer's take on interesting things around the web. Videos, fonts, etc…and then this. If you know a designer, pass it on. So true they'll wish they could pass it out to every client who walks through the door. Or if you're working with a designer for anything, please read…and take it seriously.
