The Bed Area. See the before, here.
A year (plus some) after moving in, our bedroom finally looks like a bedroom. Not just a beige L-shaped room.
The before pictures are actually when we had a blank slate. And really, besides a bed with old bedding, some bedside tables and a couple dressers, it stayed in the same state until a couple weekends ago.
With lots of hours of painting on Mike's part over the weeks, and a run for a curtain rod after dinner tonight, we have a great start to a real bedroom.
And perhaps those lined curtains will block some of the chill from our heads. We shall see tonight. We shall see.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms! That is such a lovely soothing colour, and combining it with the rich brown was a great idea.
I hope you had a great night's sleep in that beautiful room. :)
