A slight set back. I know.
Despite talking about how I needed to get back on track last Monday, I did nothing about it. Granted, I started a new job last week, so my routine is a bit out of whack but I really shouldn't be making excuses.
I do know two things I should be doing that would put me right back on track: exercise and stop drinking soda. Now let's see if I have the gumption to actually do it.

the very first thing i did when i decided to start having a healthier lifestyle was quit drinking soda. feb 1st will be two years since i stopped drinking it. hope you are having a great day :)
