A wonderful way to end a rather productive Sunday. Homemade onion, spinach & feta deep dish pizza with mozzarella stuffed crust (recipe minus the mozzarella stuffed crust found here). So worth the effort. And made even better that today's dough has been my best dough in awhile - I think letting the yeast stick for much longer than the recommended 15 minutes and not loading it up with too much flour made it great to work with and great to eat.
After a day filled with planning, shopping, gardening, cleaning, laundry, dishes, baking and running (as well a quick bike ride to get ice cream), I very much look forward to a few minutes of knitting my sweater and then winding down with a chapter or so in my book. Yes, you read that right, I am reading again.
