My first adult-sized full sweater has been started -the Owls Sweater. It only took 6 gauge swatches to get started. 5 to realize the yarn I dropped serious cash on wouldn't fly, and then a trip to the yarn store a few towns over to drop even more cash on additional giant hanks so I could double strand the yarn.
The goal is to finish this in time to enter into the state fair.
